हमें पूर्ण पोषण प्राप्त हो इसलिए भोजन बनाते समय कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए।हरी सब्जियों को हमेशा पहले धोकर फिर काटना चाहिए क्योंकि यदि आप सब्जियां काट कर फिर धोते हो तो उनमें मौजूद विटामिन बी और सी जो कि पानी में घुलनशील होते हैं वह निकल जाते हैं। और हमारे शरीर को फिर वह पोषक तत्व उस मात्रा में नहीं मिलते जो उस सब्जी में हम पहले धो कर फिर काटने पर हमारे शरीर को प्राप्त होंगे।
सहजन की फलिया और इसकी पत्तियों मैं प्रचुर मात्रा में मैग्नीशियम, कैल्शिऔर विटामिंस होते हैं हर सब्जी में डालना चाहिए।
Being a dietitian I truly believe in the power of nutrition and here are some tips to stay healthy:-
1) Never skip breakfast. It is the important for proper functioning of the body.
2) Cut down suagr and salt intake .
3) Try to eat seasonal fruits and vegetables .
4) Eat locally avialble foods .
5) Avoid junk food

पोषण का अर्थ बहुत ही व्यापक है।हर उम्र के संदर्भ मे इसकी जरूरते अलग होती है।जन्म के होते ही माता के अमृत तुल्य दुध का पान करना प्रत्येक मां का अनिवार्य धर्म है।माता के
दुग्ध पान से बीमारियां दूर होंगी पर पानी इस अवधि मे न दे।छह मास बाद ठोस आहार देना शुरू करे।अन्न एवं दलहन के साथ साथ हरी शब्जी, दुध, फल, का महत्व उम्र के हर पडाब पर महत्वपूर्ण है।तरूणाअवस्था मे भी पोषण बहुत ही जरूरी है इस समय शारीरिक विकास की गति तेज होती है।प्रौढा और बृद्धा मे सही पोषण अनेक बीमारियों को दूर करता है
