Ensuring access to higher education is critical to mobilising greater participation thereby increasing the Gross Enrolment Ratio. How can we address the issue of skewed access to higher education which will reduce existing regional disparities and why have existing schemes failed to resolve these gaps.

भौतिक सुविधा व शाळा समतोल विद्यार्थांशी समतोल प्रमाणात असावा.विद्यार्थ्यांच्या आवडीनुसार विविध उपक्रमांचे नियोजन करण्यात यावे.तसेच मुलांचे सुप्त गुण,छंद व चिकित्सक क्षमता विकसित करण्यासाठी योग्य मुल्यमापन पद्धतीचा अंतर्भाव करण्यात यावा.

१. प्राथमिक आणि माध्यमिक शांळामधील अंतर कमी असावे.
२. सामाजिक किंवा अन्य कोणत्याही बाबींचा शैक्षणिक धोरणावर परिणाम होता कामा नये

1. Creations of job based and regional requirement based academic needs may sometime bring the bridge between regional disparity
2. By creating more traditional education providing colleges
3. By creating skill education providing institutes
4. RUSA is also an adequate to address the regional disparity issue

ensure affordability and quality of higher education. Unequal distribution of HE’s is a purely political issue. Government of India can use its discretionary will for addressing the existing regional disparity in terms of HE’s.
Regional backwardness in education can be addressed by strengthening the existing colleges with skilled and well trained faculty, skill development component, special need based grants by funding agencies. Mass awareness about higher education among the disadvantaged
