While the general participation rates in higher education has been steadily increasing and today our HE GER is 21.5%, this is not evenly spread across social groups and women. ...
The present class system is not suitable for the RTE rule. Age appropriate education should be open to all as per the grasping power of respective student. Class system create a stigma in the child psychology.
1. Special classes for women’s, SC, ST and other economically backword sectors.
2. Remedial coaching classes
3. Competitive examinations, placement cell establishments etc
4. Providing hostel, scholarship and assurance of safety to girl students is very necessary

Special Schemes like “ Jagar Janivancha”, “Beti Desh Ki Shaan Hai” etc. to raise the participation of girls in HE’s. Providing Hostels, Scholarships and safe and secure environment for girls on campus can help in addressing gender gap.Descending order of priority in bridging the gender gap should be as :- Get girls to school by providing hostel,
Give them scholarship to attend their educational requirements,
Give them skill training so that they can earn and earn.Computer training.
Ratio between boys and girls 50:50 must. All participation will compulsory so that will be better change among that...
