There are more than 40 lakh Central govt and Crores of Sate govt employees. Let each one adopt minimum one school girl student from govt schools preferably from educationally lagging areas, (Like sansad Gram Yojana) till she completes her education. For good performers incentives like one increment , choice posting can be offered. The scheme can be offered as group scheme for specific govt/PSU offices also wherein they can adopt one class or school and take their school education responsibility.

We men & women together only can buid nation. We complete each other. We are the 2 pillar of our society. If 1 pillar is going to be disbalanced, the house ( here society) will be fallen in a minute. So protect them to flourish so that our nation can be like heaven......
