I as a common man,want to give a suggestion to modify for railway's fund scarcity.He should launch a scheme called railway bond in which a common man can buy this bond via post office. It's maturity period should be 20 Years.Suppose a girl is born then her father invest 1000Rs after 20 year he should get 50th. For that period it should be locked.I think every common man will invest in this and can contribute to renovate our backbone of transport system railway.I think he will consider and value
