SCHOOL EDUCATION IS TO BE REFORMED IN TOTALITY. TEACHERS ARE TO BE EDUCATED,COMPETENT AND UNDERGO RIGORUS TRAINING AND PASS TO GET A PERMANENT JOB.QUALITY HAS BEEN COMPROMISED FOR OTHER REASONS NOT FOR EDUCATIONAL INTEREST.SCHOOL SERVICE COMMISSION SHOULD BE MADE COMPULSORY FOR TEACHERS FROM CLASS V.ALTHOUGH EDUCATION IN CONCURRENT LIST,STATES CANNOT IGNORE LAW AND GUIDELINES BY CENTRE.
THIS SHOULD BE LINKED WITH EDUCATIONAL GRANT.QUALITY SHOULD BE IMPROVED
AT ANY COST & EFFORTS AND RULES.

GOVT can start 12+12 DTH Hindi,English TV educational channel broadcasting first standard to 12 th class CBSE course.each village will get Delhi standard at his door step,at low cost ,cheaper than school fee,at his convenient time

The broadband service was monopolized by BSNL, so the BSNL official gives more emphasize the customers to LEAVE the service rather improve it....Its just like SBI...Another thing is that BSNL purchases its DSL / ADSL modems from a Chinese company which is most worst & also china is not good for India...The DNS are purchased from whom I don't know but they fails each day.

For BEST & FAST INTERNET service in mobiles, laptops etc, we should use the 694-806 Mhz spectrum band for mobiles currently reserved by Doordarshan for only 14 Channels. Nobody watches terrestial TV these days as DTH is better & has hundreds of channels. If spectrum used for 4G network, Govt could get income of Rs. 1 Lac Crore i.e. more than Digital India Budget! OTHER BENEFITS -- Fewer call drops as it penetrates buildings, good for rural areas & fast networks roll-out: less infra required!
