The development model proposed in the draft promises a fresh transformation of the current scenario of the city.
Transport system should be well maintained and area wise transport system should be there.
Dedicated Area for slums
Prefer to provide decentralised sanitation facilities, community managed & self sustainable.
The proposal addressing green field development is really acknowledged.
Develop the city in all sectors like IT side ,education side,continuous water supply,widening of roads to reduce traffic problems,construction of subways and flyovers as to decrease traffic problems,etc
