Start Date :

The Finance Minister in his budget speech for the Union Budget 2015-16 made the following announcement: ...
i think that electronic transaction is safe easy and quick process and it is transparent so i think government should reccommend it to all the marjeters and all the peoples in india
There should be a government payment wallet in which everything can be integrated and banking transaction free of cost .there should be a integrated system from which insurance scheme ,market share can be bought. This type of integrated system can electrify the economic activities of people
Transactions should be. free from electronics.cash transaction should be chargeable.
In this era of mobile technology, most of the people are capable of wasting so much time on whatsapp & doing so much e-shopping but mostly on COD. COD should be banned as people are utilizing their black money for that. They can very well use net banking for any sort of payments. So electronic transactions must be made mandatory.
Electronic transactions must be made mandatory for all expenses for all govt & private employees and all businessmen. this is to curb corruption & black money. The best way to minimize is to abolish higher denomination notes like 1000 & 500.
some special regulation need to be made in retail industry as a large amount of cash transaction( totally in black)demanded under the table in order to reduce the cost of properties , causing a huge tax theft.
Electronic transaction should be made mandory for all buisness deals All purchases made by buisnesman should be through electronic transaction. A close vigil should be kept on buisnes deals and purchses involving land.
The use of credit/debit cards maximum issued by financial institutions can reduce the cash transactions to a great extent. further for money transfers various on line systems are in force. But still in certain service sectors/departments, a percentage of fee is charged for usage of cards for effecting payments. This is apparent in many states. This is to be removed.
Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of Internet And Mobile Association of India and Payments Council of India, I am hereby attaching our submission on the 'Draft Proposals for Facilitating Electronic Transactions'.
