There is a huge gap in the education employable human resource in our India many people are educated but they dont have jobs.so higher education needs such kind of subject which develops the skills of student which are essential for doing any small scale industry and which develops the students all round development.
There Should be higher education institutions be oriented to impart skills required by the industry.Institutions of higher education must link with industry to change study programmes and improve employability of its graduates.Industrialist representatives be included in the governing bodies of Universities/ colleges
