Ensure greater tourism as well as cleaner Ganga

How can it be ensured that not only does the arrival of tourists increase but also the Ganga remains clean?
Here are my suggestions on cleaning up Ganga.http://microrao.blogspot.com/2014/08/steps-on-cleaning-holy-river-ganga.html
1 Make rules/enforce these to ensure that industrialwastes are not added to any water body in the country. These wastes must be properly treated and re-cycled to the extent possible.
2. The ghats on the bank of Ganga must be renovated/beautified to attract the tourists.
3. Facilities like restaurents and toiltes etc. must be made available to the visitors.
4. 4. A seperate cell namely 'Ganga Senitation cell' must be established who shall be responsible for ensuring its cleanliness.
I think with our work of cleaning the Ganga , we should try for a complete Cure to this problem. We can take help of the Saints to inform and educate about the Holy Importance of Hygiene of the Ganga.People will stop throwing Dead Body's and other Ritual Stuff in the Ganga , only if , we can succeed to Educate them that Doing so is not the true 'Dharma' ! So we have to stop them in this way.And for the Industrial Waste in Ganga,we have to go for a Strict Legal Policies to stop it. Namami Gangam !
There are many things which we can take care -
1>Pollution needs to be controlled with stricter policies and accountability.2>As we have high population, we need to expand the entry points to the river ganga, not making it too crowded.3>Implement ticketing system for outsiders with nominal charges, which will control the entry to visit the river banks and also link them to enter the respective gates.4>Keep the Ghats clean and there should be fine for littering5>Etiquette sensitization to vendors
we can identify some spot along the ganga river. we will also provide all facility like food and accommodation etc on on line payment basis. only ticket holder will be given entry to see ganga river site. they will leave only when NOC is given by care taker of site and for any mis cinduct on ground of cleanses they will be charged heavely.
let us starts with planting thick in size bamboos all along the GANGA RIVER at both side to cover river and entering by people.
Dear PM, please stop the ritual of depositing dead bodies in ganga river. Foreign tourist are too much alert about their hygiene. They will never come to places where there is chances of getting attracted to diseases.. Secondly, this ritual attracts birds on river banks which they tear the dead body & make river more & more dirty. Entire space should be fenced. Beggar should be kept out.
Establish urban sewage treatment plant in munger, patna, varanasi, allahabad, kolkata on war footing
Mandatory water harvasting in 5 kms on both sides of river to increase catchment area
Establish gene bank of flora & fauna + buffer zone(several 100 kms) + breeding centres for growth of gangetic dolphin and other imp. species
Promote e-cremation & herbal or biodegradable goods, prohibition of sell of plastic packed agarbattis and other such things in 5-8 kms on both side of river
My idea is that at ganga river means two sides of river solar trees should plant these plants gives electricity as well as cleaning maintenance easy and also at flyovers bridges so that care is easy
dear PM sir ;mein aap se sirf itna kahena chahata huu. ki aap ganga kinare jo bikari khane ke liye bhatar rahte hai aap unn logo ko ganga ki safai may use kare.kuiki unn logo ko aap aur hum se jada pata hai .
