With a dramatic growth in elementary education enrolments and improvements in retention and transition rates in recent years, particularly amongst the more disadvantaged groups, ...
The syllabus of Secondary & Senior Secondary level will be same in all the boards and councils. The medium of instruction will be vernacular language. But both international &vernacular terminologies will be used especially in the science subjects. All the entrance exams will be held in Indian languages only.
The syllabus and subjects must be the same for all regions up to intermediate level.
Children have to be told and encouraged to study in schools instead of taking up manual labour.
As all know there is reservation category at every steps of Indian life, even the noble profession HEALTH SCIENCE education, MAHARASHTRA has 53% category reservation, above MARATWADA, VIDARBHA reservations.
This reservation category should increase to 80% to 90% & the rest for the richer class so that there are more reservation category & richer class students. the middle class to search education to other countries and serve then.
First of all higher secondary should be taught outside the examination point of view. They teach them according to marks which makes one difficult to understand the concept.the exams should be conducted in a vocal manner to improve the speaking skills.a new policy and syllabus needs to be formulated with latest statistics All the syllabus given for the senior secondary is outdated and quaint. There should be periodic update of syllabus for at least 7 years.I hope my suggestion is reviewed
