Roughly 1% of GDP is spent on higher education as against a target of 1.5%. In the recent years, the state share of expenditure on education has declined as compared to an increase in Central expenditure on education. How can we address the financial resource constraints in higher education?

अगर वर्तमान स्थिती देखी जाये हमारी शिक्षा प्रणाली कि तो बहोत खराब चाल राही है. अगर इस तरह राहा तो आगे कि यांनी भविष्य का सोचे तो हम आज इस मकाम पर है कि शिक्षा संस्थाये हमे नही बल्की सरकार को भी चला रही है. एक तरफ बच्चोसे फीस जमा करते है. और नॉन grant बेसिस पर टीचर लगाते है

There should be proper sharing of responsibilities in funding in higher education in India between the union and state Government.There should be develop a framework to promote missing source of funds between the state and the centre.

Public funding is a new way to finance higher education to stop the state which not able to increase their funding on education in some case, then they can encourage to establish public funding. Private sector/corporate sector also participate in funding and in the administration of a institute.

1. Zero interest Loan system for students
2. Self-financing courses should be run
3. No need to provide financial autonomy
4. Controlling through present system with some improvements.
