This programe should be adopted by allour state governments along with Govt.of India. So, the govt.should not put presure on the beneficiaries. Govt.should give full encouragement to the aspirants in higher education in all aspects. Then only the people from middle and lower classes also developed which development is base to the development of our country, no doubt. What ever the govt.comes, ignoring middle and lower class people and passing time with temp.attractive welfare programs. The govt. should provide jobs in what ever sector to the students immediately after (CONT)

Financing higher education to middle and lower class people is ver essencial for the development of India since education is most im[portant ingredient in thr development. Govt.should give direct loans to the aspirants through establishing an autonamous body without interference of the Banks since banks are creating much difficulties in sanctioning loans to the aspirants.Loans should be on very low interet or with no interest. After education securing jobs become difficult(cont)

Rate of intreset on education loan for higher education should be relaxed or another alternative should be looked for as many of us want to persue higher education like mba , btech etc want loan but rate of intrest approx.13% cause us to withdraw our steps from it

Reservation system should be replace with CHANKYA SCHOLARSHIP (or any nomenclature as deem fit ) which allow NON CREAMY LAYER SC/ST/OBC student , who able to crack LAW/MEDICAL/ENGINEERING entrance examination , full time scholarship . It will mitigate the criticism of reservation of non benefiting the real backward class and helping the creamy layer only. Strict law (not guideline) for distribution of scholarship

Exclusive Online support should be provided to the Colleges receiving funds for its proper utilisation. Due to lack of adequate information, major portion of the funds get unutilised. For example the utilisation of funds for Construction of Building. A National level executing agency should be constituted for the construction of Buildings in Colleges not having technical manpower.

The financial support to HEIs like Colleges of Rural areas in Odisha must include the Salary Components of the teaching & non-teaching staff of the Colleges because in Odisha those staff in Aided Colleges are very poorly paid for long days. That means without giving food to the employees of those colleges , how one can think of the qualitative education ?
