To please men in this male dominated area, female members of Panchayti Raj institutions are permitted to send their representatives. As a result there are very less female who personally attend Pnchayat meetings. Making use of the provision of representatives male members of the family sit in Panchayats. This nullifies the provision of reservations made for female members.

Respected and HONORABLE PM sir,During past 4 years you have launched many schemes and programs that directly or indirectly will benefit common man of our country.
But now-a-days some people try to misguide the common citizens and they are successfully doing all this because of lack of knowledge among the common man about these schemes and program's and they are forced to become a part of mass gath. MOB-Lynching and several violent protests are some of the examples.. so please raise this issue
