First of all thank you sir for giving chance to say our word to you. Sorry to say it sir, I understand that you have more big task to achieve and bring India back on top of the world but one small request I want share with u about my people of my town. Guntakal Town mainly depend on Railways only. This town should have developed earlier but failed by MP's & MLA's. One spinning mill closed I heard that it was Asia's biggest mill at that and opened by Nehruji. When I saw the smart city's so I thought may be I town will be one in that list.

During the period 1861-1871 Madras Railway extended its

Chennai with a 1,676 mm (5 ft 6 in) wide broad gauge line

During 1888 to 1890 Southern Mahratta Railway. (But development is very less)

I am an Assistant Professor in Private Engineering College. I would like to discuss about Energy saving initiative by technical colleges and universities.

I would like to suggest AICTE and govt. of India to instruct every colleges and universities to replace their old devices into LED based devices for energy saving.

I would like to also suggest AICTE & Govt. of india to give all colleges 2-3 yrs time for Establishment of solar panel for alternative energy sources on the top of their building.

so that they can set up the example of fully solar power based institution like Kochi airport.

Implementing such rules can save thousands mega watt of electricity.

sir ji for next episode u should take issue of police man payment in all state to be get 7th pay with central w.e.f. 01.01.2016. why every time after central govt. declare any d.a. announcement. state will apply it on after 4 or 6 months later. why central govt. persons r more workable then state govt. persons. it makes some difference in mind about the same.....jai hind.
