Respected Sir,if interviews are removed for lower jobs,there are educational institutions in India where certificates of excellence are provided to unworthy students through corrut practices;this students will get the jobs, which will cause injustice to the worthy and truthful students.Interviews make sure that worthy persons get job and personality test will enhance today's youth.Kindly take this into consideration. In my Vellore city in Tamil Nadu is nearest to Chennai capital of Tamil Nadu has to be developed like pune in Maharashtra and Noida in Delhi, because of the population of Chennai has to be scatted and pollution to be controlled because it is well connected with Bangalore of Karnataka. Already it was proposed for Industrial corridor.
