vocational, Professional, technical skill courses needed than general courses, student should get employment with his education than providing degree.we are providing unemployees with our education system that should be change. all infrastructure should be provided by the government in Institution for better future & best Profession of the student. automatically all the youth will be the good nation power. they can uplift our nation provide employment to others.
API must for all staff than regular promotions. all staff should accountable to their duty, regular monitoring inspection needed. student should be provided all education & Primary need in Institution.
Multi Stakeholder governing bodies will create better governance structure in stat universities. The college Principal and the governing body be given responsibility for expenditure and accountable for it.
University interference in UG degree colleges must be reduced or should stop, so many professors in university are fighting to take incharge of UG Exam, Administration posts, Committees than teaching to PG & Doing research, Separate Higher education Board should monitor all the Administration, academic work.upto UG free Education must be implented, No tution fee, Exam fee,etc. Should strengthen Government Institution than providing reimbursement to Private college students.should awake Knowledge
higher education should be unique in India, Should implement CBCS, One syllabus for One Nation, must be student centric, they must have choice to select any subject in any course, any where in India. UG Degree Colleges administration could seperate from University administration, there should be seperate Board for Higher Education Board for UG Courses at national level for Academic work-syllabus preparation, result award of certificates, administrative work,universities only ment for PG and Ph.D
