GOOD INITIATIVE FOR ALL CITIZEN
#DigitalIndia a very good initiative but this can be implemented alongside the AADHAR and we need to IMPROVE AADHAR please find attached our suggestion for #IndianCitizenshipNumber

Availability of broadband and internet is major requirement in any function related to Digital India. We are unable to get a good broadband either from BSNL or privet players even city like Pune . Getting agreed speeds and continuous connection from BSNL is near impossible. This needs to be improved first then dream of Digital India can be seen and achieved not before that.

Apl of Digilocker is not user friendly. I entered my Adhaar no., got an OTP on my mobile no. But as I entered the same for validation, it always said invalid OTP. Many a times,

I tried to open a Digital Locker account today and I observed that my mobile number is not linked with my Adhar Card number.Now I need to contact the adhar card office to do so.
So I suggest to make this process online of updating the mobile number and link it it with the adhar card.
1. Login ID itself is not available easily if user forgets (despite of UID authentication)
2. AADHAR card itself can be made available for sharing rather then re-downloading everytime (if e-aadhar uploaded - it remains unverified sue to inbuilt password)
3. Name of Document holder should appear in one of the column (In case of joint family this is useful e.g. from home page person will not know whose PAN card is being shared if PAN card of entire family is uploaded by person)
I am using Digital locker when it was in beta form.
My ideas for making it more useful are:-
1. Directly upload all new Id cards soft copy on digital locker if someone request for that at time of application for that Id. like driving licence, Voter Id card and Pan card etc.
2. Collage or school DMC also upload on digital locker directly from university and school.
If we try with some combination of bio-logical and logical numbers that may make digital locker better: Example - Thumb Scan + Eye Scan + Face Detection = bio-logical combination
Unique Number + x128(SSH(PAN)) + x128(SSH(PAN)) + x128(SSH(PASSPORT)) + Another Unique Number = Logical Combination
Now combining both is locker combination = bio-logical + logical = NUID = National UID.
