After having court permission, why passport is given just for one year, its validity should also be of 10 years as normal passport or 5 years. Who want to leave India, he will also run away with 1 year passport.
When someone have passport of 1 year validity , he have to take permission every six months and renew his passport because almost embassies ask for minimum six months
