In the recently concluded Rio Olympics 2016, India sent its largest ever Olympic contingent comprising of 118 athletes. Despite the large number of athletes, the Indian contingent ...
1. Choose/Find out honest officers related to sports all over in India.
2. Find out stout ( mentally and physically ) players from all over India.
3. Get world/Olympics records and videos of the events.
4. Give good facilities to the players honestly.
5. Tell them about the records, show video clips of the sports events.
6. Ask them to perform better.
7. Make them to do vigorous practice.
8. Give them facilities honestly.
9. Results will surely be precipitated.
As a start, we should make sure we the right set of administrator heading these bodies. The way we approach sports is the most important element, and that can come with a change in the attitude. For example, in USA they make stadiums and parks and throw them open to children and sports loving public. In India they make stadiums and lock them away from sportsmen!
First and foremost, we need to make sure that we have the best people running sports administration. Just a look at these bodies will make it clear that we do not the right people. In USA, they build stadium and parks and through them open to all children and sports loving people to come and make the best use of it. In India we lock them away from sportsmen!
we have to wean Indians from cricket. As long as we are obsessed with cricket we will not be a real sporting nation! To be a cricketer except for a fast bowler you need not really be athletic! May be we should encourage foot ball , we should encourage fitness as a national policy...say fit India strong India!
sir first agar aapko player KO badava Dena h to unke madel prize money do , Rajasthan players KO unke madels ki prize money nh Di gyi hai to vo aage jaada dhayan bhi nh dete to pehle unki pending prize money Di jae thank you.
We all are aware of this fact that "for a tree to grow tall and strong, it has to first strengthen it's roots". The same thought applies to we the people. Our country has potential to reach sky in every sport but we lag in root strengthening, if we could take proper steps from the very small age and through proper guidance and analysis, the situations can be changed. The same happened in GURUKUL where GURU DRONACHARYA guided ARJUN to become the best archer from his very small age.
As long as politics intervene in selection process there would be no progress. The Govt. should make sports a compulsory curriculum in the schools and mark should be awarded in this field. Many of private schools don't even have a playground.Primary school should have a min of 5 cents and high schools 15-20 cents of playground. The Govt. should take measures to educate parents about'sports and it's effects on children'(such as it will help child build up confidence and concentration etc) #MoYAS
I mean about the food and nutrition for Indian sorts men and required things or practise they should have
On a discussion held with some sports event attended members and some other personal it's come to know that the Indian sorts people does't have any authorised people to suggest healthy foods and needs while practising, but all other country's have those authorised people for practices and food control. If India took a look on that side to India may had won more. Without doubt India has extreamily high talented sports men. Also a majority don't know how to take themselves forward.
Firstly, sports regulating bodies should be made free from intervention of politicians and bureaucrats. Most of the time, they keep occupying key posts and do nothing to promote sports, but avail the funds and facilities for their personal gains. Key, decision making posts should be occupied by ex-sportsperson from that sport, so as to utilise resources in best way.
Secondly, acute need to curb nepotism and favouritism is there. Only meritorious players should be allowed to go up the ladder.
