For integrating skill development in higher education new employable skilled courses should be introduced and more vocational courses introduced at university level and there should be involvement of industry in the frame work of the courses and specially training programmes and workshop should be arranged for students.

Theme 6 : integrating skill developement in Higher education
There should be link between general and vocational educational.some part of vocational education which create employment skill can be included in general education.The concept of 3H can be included in higher educational (development of Head,Heart and Hand)
1. Identification of skill of students
2. Identification of regional/globular and industrial requirements.
3. Appointment of skill full tutors for teaching
4. Bridging the traditional education with skill and developments

Skill should be introduced at the 10+2 level. Skill should be introduced as an integral part of curriculum and in the form of COC ( Career Oriented Courses),certificate courses and modules of Learning in higher local Need – based employable skill courses should be launched (designed)and introduced in the form of COC’s and consultancy service should be developed. Government should launch special” Career Guidance and Educational guidance cell “at every district place.
