Some international institute should be promoted to participate in higher education or some time Indian institute of higher education may be encourage to collaborate with foreign institute for some programme higher education should have foreign issues for discussion through curriculum and syllbus.

2. These state universities get Global Initiative in Academic Network (GIAN) scholars/teachers
