HOW TO CREATE JOBS ?

Hindustan Times ( 07 Oct 2015 ) reports :
Ministry of MSME / Finance Ministry / Niti Aayog , are considering giving Tax - Breaks based on employment and employment generation
This was a suggestion that I made on 27 Feb 2014 , thru my blog,
" Create Wealth to Create Jobs "
I also sent this blog to several Ministers / Secretaries / MPs / MLAs etc
I am glad it is being considered for implementation

I oppose GATS. pls don't sign GATS which completely destroys our Indian education system, culture tradition. and poor people or a common man can't able to get higher education through this policy. so pls don't sign. we don't want foreigners to come here and teach us. we oppose GATS.

There should be emphasis on qualitative growth of institutions of higher learning instead of quantitative growth. Mushrooming of institutions leads to downgrading of quality and unemployment.Indian institutions can be made at par with international institutions only when they fulfill the international criteria of quality. Some institutions are doing well, but we are still far behind.
