Please form a new PSU as like National Thermal power corporation for Solar energy .The corporation must install solar panels on all wells which are used for irrigating our farms .Approximately their are 4Cr wells.Offer free electricity to them and some yearly rent to farmers so they can earn some income. This will be the win win situation for both.Govt trying for this but indivisual farmer find difficult for getting permission, installing solar pannel, connecting it in existing gride. The corporation can do all these works with profesionals in least time ,on large scale. This will save energy required for irrigation purpose, ultimately reduce subsidy burdon which is given for irrigation purpose. The cost of generation will also cone down as investment for land is nill ,only have to pay rent.As wells are spread all over nation will reduce transmission losses.Large scale installation will also reduce cost.Use of DC motors for irrigation purpose will also eliminate conversation losss.

Namaste! We can have Competitions across Schools and Colleges regarding their requirements. That would give day-to-day issues and it can be addressed in the Budget. Similarly Self help groups too. Thanks

Request For Form 13 (TDS at reduced Rates) The procedure for obtaining Form 13 is tedious and the demands of documents made by the department are irrational and impractical. Request make it Tax Payer friendly, trusting the tax pater rather then harassing him with demand of documents which are impossible to produce decades after the purchase.
Details attached for perusal along with request to modify SOP to make it tax payer friendly.

1. At present, Gratuity Amount received by the retiring employees is tax-free upto the limit of Rs 20 lakhs.
2. At present, the Leave Encashment received by the employees of PSBs on superannuation is exempted from tax only upto Rs 3.00 lakhs while for the Govt Employees, it is fully exempted.
The above amounts form part of terminal benefits. Due to the decreasing rate of interest on Small Savings, ( including the Senior Citizens Deposit Scheme ), retiree Senior Citizen are facing much difficulties. While the Govt Employees formulate the welfare Schemes, most of the Govt Schemes are executed by the Public Sector Employees, who are the FRONT LINE WARRIORS. In respect Election Duty, witnessing to law-enforcing agencies like CBI and so on, Employees of the PSBs are considered on Par with the Govt Employees.
I request that the ceilings on GRATUITY as well as LEAVE ENCASHMENT for tax rebate be removed from RETROSPECTIVE EFFECT

This relates to IT. In a number of cases, tax evasion of some sort happens unintentionally. My reference is to the case of short/long term profits from MF units/shares. Even though such profits exists in many a cases of ITR 1, due to various reasons but not with the intention of evading taxes still use ITR-1. In any case Govt loose tax. The fact that these gains are taxed at differently for short and long term gains, this gain is not added to the income from salary/interest/dividend etc but is taxed separately in ITR2. How ever in many cases the individuals does not use ITR2 but goes for ITR-1. My suggestion is that tax on these gains can be deducted at source annually by the brokers and need not to get reflected in 26AS just like transaction tax etc, at least in the case of those who is not doing it as a business and those who otherwise than this tax are elligible to use ITR-1.

For the last two years, people are suffering Von account of COVID. Many have spent their life- time savings in hospital bills. Senior Citizen in particular had to meet the expenses out of the corpus kept for their livelihood because many have crossed entry age for insurance/ they never expected pandemic of this proportions to devastate their lives.
While tax relief has been given to the employers who assisted in bearing the treatment expenses, and also to the friends/donors who helped with the funds, no relief has been given to the tax payer for COVID Treatment of self/ dependent’s/ parents. My submission is to exempt such amounts 100%, WITH RETROSPECTIVE EFFECT - That is from 1st March 2020

In my opinion, the period of detention of a property should be defined under the Taxation Laws viz. Sec. 110 of Customs Act and similar provisions under GST / IT LAWs. It is a grey area and has potentials wherein dirty games can be played by evil mind officials. We should appreciate that neither the space in Office is a junkyard nor the officials are junk dealers. It is, however, seen in many cases wherein the agencies like DRI took physical possession of the property from the suspect on the pretext that it has been recovered from the possession of the suspect/alleged and/or accused OR surrendered by the suspect either voluntarily or on-demand by the officer(s) viz. Mobile phones/laptops etc. Even those items/things which are of no use in investigation remained with the agencies even after 04-05 years. we have a defined time period for issuance of seized goods but no such time limit is fixed for detained goods.DRI AZU has many of such classic examples

1. Provide rebate for digital transactions. This will reduce cash transactions, brings in more transparency & transactions can be traced.
2. Give tax exemption for digital transaction over & above standard deduction limit. This will in-turn encourage digital transaction & will also increase accounted spending of individuals.
3. Give tax exemption for "Advance Tax" paid. This will encourage individuals to pay taxes early.
4. Increase Tax exempt limit to that of creamy layer income threshold.
5. Increase 80C limit which will encourage individuals to invest in saving schemes.
6. Mandate Digital Transaction in all Govt offices. At any point of time office employees should not have more than pre-defined cash in their possession.
7. Reduce cash in circulation. What is point of increasing cash flow every year when world’s best digital platform like UPI is in place. We are in an era where gold is also in digital form!
