Hon'ble Prime Minister

Sir,

Most respectfully submitted that 27 Castes have been considered by J&K Govt as OBCs whose population was around 10% but provided only 2% reservation till 2020, when Union Govt enhanced OSC reservation to 4% after abrogation of Article 370 when around 1% OBCs in West Pakistani Refugees (WPRs) also becomes domicile of J&K.

As on Now population of 27 OBC castes as considered by J&K Govt under OSC category, is around 11% plus after adding 1% population of WPR OBCs. However only 4% reservation is provided.

Therefore it is appeal to the Hon'ble PM that at the first instance 11% reservation may be provided to OBCs replacing OSC. Accordingly the OBCs will be convinced about the population of OBCs. Thereafter 15 new castes as recommended by SEBC commission can included and Reservation may also be enhanced as per population, which may be around 23%. It will also silent the opposition.

With Regards

Sincerely

Madan

Progress of India has come about in last 10 years what previous govts have not been able to achieve last 50 years
India is literally on the Moon. The inspiring leadership and the helpful govt has worked wonders with our service men, professionals student and the youth with the elderly guiding them with vigor.
Even 3 years loss due to covid-19 did not affect the performance of the govt
From G20 Presidency to setting BRICS agenda India is sitting top due to excellence, professional attitude & strong leadership
India badly needs UCC. No state govt should be allowed pass strictures on Union Laws. Only then India will be safe enough and
the courts put security in front of misplaced democratic rights
