Dear Prime Minister,
I wanted to draw the attention towards the new EIA draft 2020. In this law, there are some provisions mentioned in the draft are very controversial and dangerous for communities, tribes, forest, wildlife, environment and future.
my suggestion is following -
1. The time for the public hearing should be increased to 45 days minimum.
2. The post de facto clearance should be deleted.
3. And other provision should be made to protect the environment not to destroy.
Will the Prime minister be pleased to state:
1) Which objectives achieved by amending RTI act 2005
2) what is the intention behind such amendment
