Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Good morning sir,
I feel happy to say that in the fight against coronavirus our government has taken steps like vaccination programs .Without explaining in details it would not be exaggerating to say that other countries appreciated our health system. But we can also learn lesson from this. There are more needs to be done.We are facing fresh question why India did quite amazing but other countries did not tolerate the current crises .If we tend to see we will find that we had also taken other alternative like natural remedy and other ayurvedic components and people are also very interested in yoga.It has radically changed India. But even inspite of its benefits and even if it helps people mentally and physically we are lacking information to a very large scale. If information and education related with yoga and pranyama would be exhibited at railway stations ,doctor clinics, and other places,I would be very thankful.Thanks.

As India, a young and vibrant nation, leads the charge towards a sustainable future, it's essential to involve our youth as brand ambassadors of our climate mission. One way to empower them and instill a sense of eco-friendly lifestyle is by adopting school uniforms made of natural fabric that are recyclable. I propose that the production of school uniforms should embrace a circular model, and these uniforms should proudly carry the tag of "Mission Life" (Life STYYLE FOR ENVIRONMENT). This is my humble suggestion to our beloved Prime Minister and policymakers. 🌱👔A Call to Our Beloved Prime Minister I respectfully urge our beloved Prime Minister and policymakers to consider this suggestion as we work together to build a sustainable future. By prioritizing eco-friendly school uniforms, we not only create a positive impact on our environment but also nurture a generation that embraces sustainability at its core.

I think the workforce should have the proper skillset for doing the particular work. The works force need to do the work optimally bt utilising the resources available. All the current technologies used should be known bye the workforce and they need to handle the technologies efficiently. The other thing is to do the work with all efforts.

Sr,
Time has come to secure our far flung islands in Arabean sea and Andaman Island.Better to make chaukis and maintained by 4yr experienced Agniveers on payment basis and some law abiding prisoners.. prisoners may be commuted their rest sentence if peacefully do their guard

duty for 05 yr...it will win -win situation to have such ready-made security work force for our ports and
and beaches security. As multi model future security needs are increasing in India very fast.

These Youth groups can be chosen on the basis of their specialisations, skills and experience. The maximum age would be say 40-45 or you choose. The discussions can be on any topics that can help India become a developed nation. The conclusions and agreements of groups after the discussions can be sanctioned by their chambers speaker; which can in turn be placed in front of the main parliament every quarter to add to the solutions needed by the usual parliament. This hasn't possibly happened in any other country but it doesn't need to be for India to try it. This can provide the brain storming from the underrated youth input within real world of Governance. One such input per year from that youth chamber, with an allocated budget, approved by their speaker and then in turn approved by the Government will be an experiment worth trying! if it is successful then India will be a pioneer in allowing to utilise a youth chamber directly within parliament for its progress!
