Proposal for National Enquiry Service (Rashtriya Poochtach Seva).
We have dozens of helplines like Elderly helpline (14567), etc. Although they are in public domain, the awareness for these is very low esp in the vast semi-literate (and digitally illiterate) population. Even educated people also don't know that such helplines exist, so they don't search for it.
This can be solved by having an integrated helpline enquiry number. It should be popularised like Emergency number (112). Popularising one number is a lot easier than for dozens of number. This service can be launched in phased manner:
Phase 1: One calls on this number and the responder tells and also messages the desired helpline number (if it exists)
2: If call traffic increases then voicemail service to reduce waiting time. Query is recorded and later the desired helpline is told/messaged
3: Integrating state and district level services
4: Directly connecting to the required helpline
5 : (more to tell but no space)

PM Modi Sir, Lockdown should be imposed monthly two days for the whole Nation, to reduce the pollution and to protect our environment.

Sir, Central Government Youth committee should be formed for each state, to look after the harassments happening against the women. Women and female child can report to this committee about their problems in workplace, colleges, Homes and schools. This committee will look into the issue and resolve it, before the wrong things are getting placed.

PM Modi sir, Recently in India suicide attempt cases were increased drastically due to mental harassment. My idea is, Central Government Youth committee should be formed for each state, to look after the MENTAL HARASSMENTS happening against the person in workplace, colleges, homes and schools. Any Person can report to this committee about their problems. This committee will look into the issue and resolve it, before the wrong things are getting placed. PM Modi sir, My suggestion is, You can reduce the minimum age eligibility as 25 years to become the President of India and Governor of anyone of the Indian States.

If you give this opportunity to youths means, it is a greatest victory, for who are all very much eager to enter into politics. Sir, You can give a chance to youths to see their Leadership Quality and day to day Progress of their work.

• Introducing startup and innovation cell in colleges.
• Increases number of hack tons(Organized by government/PSUs)
• Organizing EXPO of each sector\area of technology
• Introducing some short term courses in central university, colleges(IIT,NIT)
• Focusing on all sector/area equally
• Introduce new courses/degrees in colleges (futuristic and demanded courses like AI ,IOT, Manufacturing design)
• Industry development equally over the India.
• Improving in skill India and PMKY GOAL like scheme
