There is an urgent need to digitalize property documents with central repository for records accessible to buyers, sellers and their lawyers. A single title document with historical ownership should be available. Currently the property owners have to obtain multiple documents to prove ownership ie sale deed, katha, property card etc. For land there are additional documents like conversion certificate plus single site conversion certificate. This opens window for corruption at revenue and other govt office. I am citing Karnataka example, I am sure different states have different rules.

I request to our digital services kindly care personal info and profile and develop the data services more strongly to secure public, defences or other government sectors. A dayes I heard a news that our PM twitter account is hacked by someone. This types of haker are always harmful for us.
