Today there is no dearth of youth in Bharat today there is a shortage of skillful person.If there is skill in the youth, then there is no hope of giving a job. Today the most important thing is not to be a job seeker, but a giver.Today there is a need of skill along with education.Do not adopt the skill on the basis of school syllabus but practically.And to promote small and rural industries, they need to enter the international market.
And to improve the education system. To give high profile training to the school teacher, he should also modify the way of teaching along with the new age.There should be no corruption in the education system.

i have a good billion dollar business to India from Russia. At this site it cant be revealed since nobody is true in India. My bussiness idea wil not reach our Prime Monister. This is appropriate time but i hv no access to PM Modi ji. I am a bjp person actively involved in recent Feb 2022 Chennai local elections. 1. Govt. shares: Irrespective the size of the companies (micro, small and medium), Govt. should hold 10 percent shares on Govt: Private = 10:90 basis. So that the company holders will have stable business and Govt. will have an added advantage to get profit shares apart from taxes. During the difficult time, the govt. may support the companies in collaborative manner.

2. Standardization of salary: As in Singapore, the Indian Govt. has to standardize the salary system irrespective of private or Govt. jobs. So that people will have the benefit of equality in their earnings. As a result, economy of India will have a steady, even and consistent.

3. Promotion of Inventions: The Govt. has to concentrate not only in production but also in new inventions. This is where India lack. This particular thing will play vital role in advancement of technologies in production.

4.Focus on Electronics/ Robotics: Future era will be in the hand of Electronics and Robotics. India has to focus on the same

I would like for my govt. ro make it mandatory that No Vasooli, Safety Fees, Party ka chandaa, etc for 5 years for new MSME. It is going to be there so why not regulate it and bring it in Constitution too. Why go on ignoring the dark corners of our society. Dark vices of human nature can not be destroyed. If you can't destroy it, then control and regulate it. The society is gray and no naive enough to believe it otherwise. So bring in the laws.

Research may be done why entrepreneurs are nor getting bank loans. And make policy to bridge this gap. Even today many entrepreneurs are not aware of how to get bank loans. They still look out to get bank loans through touts or bribery. Many time they fail after wasting valuable time. One area where I understand is that entrepreneurship trainings are not sufficient and many time not calling prospective candidates. Rather calling repeatedly known faces only just to finish of government programme is a case.
Policy to find out this gap and to fill this gap is prime important.
