- A Skill Desk should be established at the Block office to facilitate all skilling programmes.
-Students holding a Skill Certificate & interested in starting a startup may be eligible for a subsidized loan. However, proper checkpoints must be in place, and the loan should be granted only for ventures in the same trade in which the student received the skill certificate.
-To support upskilling and reskilling, the government has integrated select courses into IGNOU and other open universities. This will benefit students who wish to pursue further education alongside their jobs.
-Skill Innovation Centers need to be opened at the Panchayat on PPP mode. These can be used to introduce new skills as per market demand, and these innovation labs can also be utilized for research activities. All age groups above 15 years can be allowed to participate.
-For the smooth operation of Central schemes across the country all central agencies like NIRD or NABARD could be engaged for monitoring
