In 2017, while working for a school, I developed a format for Teachers self evaluation so that they can be assisted for development/honing teaching skills through a process. Though the attempt failed, I thought it prudent to share the same. It is in Marathi and may be of some use.

Teachers are change makers of society. They can mould students into good citizens, they can change negative elements to positive elements. Thats Why teaching profession is noble profession. Teachers should focus on teaching ethical values. Now a day these are must. They should give valued education. Westernisation effects society in so many ways. This can only be saved by teachers

Government schools need teachers to be dedicated as front soldiers not to consider it as job,but opportunity to make and develop future India

I am sorry state that level of teaching has fallen to unexpected level. Stress on basics especially Math and science should be promoted, now absent in almost in all teachers. Basic reason being the salary level of teachers is lowest so only rejected crop take up teaching profession. This need to change . Suggestions:
Qualifying test based on MCQ basis with question based on fundamentals.
Like we have minimum wages establish minimum wage for teachers too. Bring it at par with Gr B/C level.

Principal's, Head Masters, Asst Masters, College Student, High School Student, Primary Students Ko Sabko Uniform State Me Same Rakhiye. Kyunki Aajkal Hamein Ye Nai Maalum Ho Raha Students Kon He Teachers Kon He. Sabhi Same Hi Dikhte He. Statewide Uniform Se Har Ek Ko Aam Log Bhi Pehchaan Sakte He. Isse School Colleges Ki Prati Sabko Samman Rahega.
