Fitness is the Key to Healthy, Happy and Long Life.

It is a common practice that Fitness can be easily acheived by Excercise, Yoga, Meditation and Healthy Diets.

But Fitness are of two Parts viz. Physical and Mental.

Physical part is not difficult but Mental part is quite tricky and is directly related to Stressful Life.

Sir,
your move to bring changes in labour laws under the head labour welfare is in fact reflects policy of anti labour.Under which employers will not generate new employment and will always restrict their manpower strength below 300.This figure should have been to fixed 100 employees.Removsl of name of an employee under any name must attract retrenchment benefits and gratuity.You should have abolished contract labour in industrial and commercial organisations forwork pertaining to permanent work
