1. High quality roads: One time solution. There should be no repeated construction of roads.
2. Pollution Control: Too many autorickshaws congesting the roads. Noise & Air pollution. The trees have also become dusty.
3. Playgrounds & Gardens: Current conditions of playgrounds is really bad compared to our childhood days (1990s-2000s). Gardens are OK.
4. Cabling of distribution system
5. Renewed look for the railway stations
6. A common marketplace: Free registration for vendors

1) There are major leakages of funds while coming from State or central government. Steps should be taken to stop those leakages.
2) Strict action should be taken to those politicians whose assets has been increased drastically in short span of time
3) Thakurli station sky walk required to east side as there is number of development projects going on...... (High priority)
4) It seems no efforts are taken by local leaders for Infrastructure development.Somebody should look into it

From Moti Krupa to Kanta Smruti in Raju Nagar, near Ragai Devi Temple, Dombivali West Area there is no drainage upto the end for smooth outlet of waste water. This needs to be addressed immediately.

5. In Kalyan ST stand, bus entry should be from west end and not from station side to decongest the station approach road.
6. Parking of KDMT buses on station approach road should be avoided and to be moved to ST stand.
7. Temples and hawkers from station approach road should be relocated.
8. Huge drains can be covered to accommodate Ricksaws or for parking.

According to Me Following task should be taken on Priority.
1. Dombivli - Mankoli Bridge
2. Pipe Gas line Connection to all (stopped half way - 6 months back)
3. Dombivli East to West new flyover
4. Infrastructure (Road ways, Railways)
5. Organic medicine stores
6. Fast Process of Government deliverables e.g. Wedding Certificate, Passport verification, licence for shops and establishments.

1. Access to Kalyan station is very poor for its 85,000 daily travellers. Bad or limited access roads from east is forcing passengers to come to west side and crowding excessively. Urgent need for flyover from both side.
2. Parking of huge number of bikes narrow the station road, adequate parking area needs to be created either above ST stand or other suitable place.
2. Thane station (west side) model of upper deck for auto ricksaw can be adapted
3. Major Veg Market should move to Bail Bazar

High priority projects required are:
1) Kalyan-Vashi-Panvel railway
2) Kalyan to Thane and Kalyan to Vashi Metro
3) Proper drainage system of water supplied from chemical companies of Dombivli MIDC
4) Manufacturing industries should be invited to set-up their projects near 27 villages which has now been part of KDMC
5)Kon gaon toll should be closed as there is no proper raod
6)Dumping ground should be first set-up as constructions are banned by Bombay HC

I have noted some issues with respect to development of roads:

1) Kachore gaon to Patripool road needs to be completed at the earliest
2) Starting of Mankoli Bridge connecting to Thane from Dombivli west - High priority required
3) Kalyan to Tata Power road which passes through Dombivli MIDC
4) Road which passes from Sarvodaya Mall to Koan Gaon via Raheja complex - which will connect to Bhiwandi
5) Kalyan-Dombivli Parellel road
6) Close Koan Gaon Toll and make bridge

In dombivli,

1.bulk garbage dumping at back side of sagaon at MIDC Area were many people are live near that area. and Daily many people are travelling through that area . and they are suffering from disease .but till date no one take action against them only temporary they clean only road for election purpose. please move that garbage dumping area far away from Human Health.
2.star colony to sagoan Road are in bad condition.
3.No street light In between sagoan to sonarpada Area.
