Natural gas production with the help of food waste (wet waste), this waste can be fermented with the help of microorganisms and the gas can be used for cooking, this gas is not harmful for environment. This project can be successfully done in residential areas. Waste can be again used, in the form of fertilizers in farms, and a good crop can be developed.

1. KDMC will be connected with Thane and Mumbai to parallel road to Railway.
2. High quality roads: One time solution. There should be no repeated construction of roads.
3. Pollution Control: Noise & Air pollution. The trees have also become dusty.
4. Playgrounds & Gardens: Current conditions of playgrounds is really bad compared to our childhood days (1990s-2000s). Gardens are OK.

1. Infrastructure development : Low Maintenance Roads.
2. Clean City (Swachh KDMC Swach Bharat) : Bigger Garbage Bins should be placed at the radius of 2KM . Every localiy should have one big garbage container that has to be cleaned on periodic basis by KDMC.

4. The State Transport Bus Stand near station should be shifted to Aadharwadi for which plot is already allocated in the Master Plan.
5. The Existing ST Bus Depot should be converted into double floor where ground floor can be used for city buses and first floor can be used for Rickshaw. This Bus Depot can be used for Bhiwandi and other places of west side of Kalyan city and connected cities like Shahapur, Padgha, etc. Similar Bus and Rickshaw Depot should be constructed in the east side also

Traffic Rules should be displayed at various corners of city. It should be made compulsory that all driving schools/ Schools / colleges should have simulators for teaching driving of Two wheedlers and Three Wheelers and Four Wheelers. The procedure and test of issuing licence should made more strict and should have least personal influence.

Roads should be so designed that only those vehicles that are required to enter the city should enter all other vehicles should not be allowed to enter the city. Not a single footpath and service road should be occupied. For this a monetary disincentive should be attached to the Ward Officer and Elected member from the ward. It should be responsibility of Ward officer and Elected member of the ward that the ward should be clean and no garbage is lying anywhere in the ward.

There should be efficient public transport like metro n monorail to travel directly to mumbai n navi mumbai region so this city vl get better and easy travelling and it vl help to decrease the congestion in local trains n buses as well So transport is the major issue . if this vl get solve public here can easily travel from here to any region

7. Garbage disposal: Currently the situation is improving as compared to last decade but still a long way to go
8. Police station booths: More police force required.
9. Proper account of all houses & buildings, shops & malls, hotels & other infrastructures
10. Drainage: Proper drainage for water logs in rainy season.
