. sudhesimithra @ gmail.com mobil:8870945809

The very first thing we need is to tight up the unity of our nation unfortunately, there are many anti national institutions are running in our country in the name of God,religion, caste, region, politics, languages, reservations, colour, external influences. One law one. bill needed to be implemented to stop every of this non sense..which trigger the divorcity.Uniform civil code should reform aiming all these. Interests of the nation should be given priority not to any religion or any form
Covid-19 Pandemic has change the perspective of life. To combat psycho social stress everyone has to engage themselves in positive thoughts.Learn things from younger ones and elder ones and enjoy the precious time of togetherness.Students have to nurture their passion in enthusiastic mood to overcome the stress. Do yoga, meditation in group to channelize your energy in right direction. Parents have to update themselves as per present need specially in digital world.

COVID produces many ideators but hardly any taker. High time to review and assess the COVID planned programme based on ground realities to come up with long term plan perspective on Health, education and Economy under any such eventuality in future.
Learning skills is not the same as using skills. The most surprising revelation from these studies was the degree to which learning new stress-management skills did not easily translate to increased well-being. In many cases, students’ self-reports of improved global mental health were not supported by psychometrically valid assessments of their stress, anxiety, and depressive affect.
