Present MRP system is neither beneficial to Government, Company nor the common man. The junk is shared by third party .Material cost. manufacturing cost, incidental expenses and profit to be add and fixed as rate. A National development tax to be levied on this, irrespective of the state of manufacture. Local taxes left to the states. Simplify tax structure which leads to corruption and imbalance in product availability. When Kerala taxes are more, why the per capita loan so high ?.
The village under Ambedkar Gram or Lohia Gram in Uttar Pradesh should be avoided under sansaad gram vikash yojana.

Meeting expenditure on services through user charges as: Mid-day meal, Anganbari project can be merge into Akhya-patra NGO because Aksya-Patra have self and develop his property and assets. Anganbari centre mis-use their money to show their data-base. By Akshya-patra provide the hole children family meal. Same as Mid-day meal provided by Akshya-patra to child family. Use the capability of strong NGO for rural expenditure because grampanchayat spent their fund in useless task.
DEAR PM
PLEASE TAKE NEESSARY ACTION TO VIPE OUT THE BANKS NPA's WHICH RUN INTO LAKHS OF CRORES.THE MAJOR DEFAULTERS CONTINUE TO ENJOY LIFE OF LUXURY AT THE EXPENSE OF COMMON MAN.
SECONDLY MAKE NEW LAW WHICH SHOULD BE AT PAR WITH THE COMMON MAN FOR ALL POLITICIANS CONVICTED TO JAIL FOR THERI MIS DEEDS, WHO VERY CONVENIENTLY CONTINUE TO ENJOY FIVE STAR FACILITIES IN THE JAIL OR HOSPITALS
I feel so proud of you MR PM. I would like to address an issue which might not be important right now but in the long run it will hurt us badly. Why are we disinvesting all the PSU's. It will generate money to balance fiscal deficite but once we are done selling them what will we do ? Why in China all the PSU's are mostly market leaders not in India. Why can't we use pool of our IAS officers who are excellent managers in turning around loss making units. We should focus on this issue
