यूज&थ्रो की संस्कृति नेई-कचरा को बढावा दिया है,इसपर रोक लगाना जरुरी है!जिन कम्पनियो का ई-उत्पाद है,उन्हें उपयोग के बाद क्रय की जिम्मेवारी दी जाय,सभी उत्पाद पर उपयोग की समय सीमा अंकित हो,ग्राम/ब्लाक स्तर पर सेवाकेंद्र कीतरह क्रयकेंद्र खोला जाय,पंचायत स्तर पर क्रय-विक्रय-पुनरउत्पादन केन्द्र खोला जाय प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था की जाय,उत्पादन की गुणवत्ता एवं उपयोग की अवधि बढानी होगी!गाँव-गाँव में कार्यशाला ,पम्पलेट ,दृश्य-श्रव्य के माध्यम से लोगों को जागरुक करना होगा,ई-कचरा सेहोनेवालीहानियों कोबताना होगा

E waste can be recycled but to setup the recycle plant it is costly and the land required is also big and today land cost is also increased.
If any enterprenuer want to setup gov should help in many ways
Like subisidies
Zero tax for a periode
Not for many years atleast.
Many poor enterprenuer want to do but money and land is not with us to full fill it thats a problem. Thabk you

This is so good that our government has taken step into one of the crucial matter.Hope India and world will soon fight it.

• Behaviour change communication for consumers. Environmental considerations take precedence over monetary returns.
• Stop auction of e-waste by institutional/ bulk users/ government departments. High bid price is a red flag.
• Make it mandatory for bulk consumers to channel e-waste only to producers.
• Robust authorization process for e-waste recyclers.
• Higher accountability on SPCBs for clamping down on unauthorized recyclers.
• Online processes to prevent paper trading of e-waste

Use plastic in road construction (highway construction). Make it mandatory for road construction companies to coordinate with Municipal Corporations to collect plastic and use it in road construction. Put these conditions in Government road Contracts or tenders itself. Disqualify the companies if they are not adhering the rule of using particular amount of plastic in road construction. Let private companies decide from where they will bring the plastic to use in road construction.

इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वेस्ट को रोकने तथा उनका संग्रहण करने के लिए कुछ तकनीक और आईडिया अपनाने की आवश्यकता है मैंने अपने सबमिशन में ऐसे ही कुछ तकनीक दिए हैं जिससे लोगों को सरल ढंग से ई वेस्ट को अपने नजदीकी संग्रहण क्षेत्रों में जमा करने में आसानी होगी लोगों को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा तथा यह कार्य नागरिकों के साथ-साथ उद्योगों को भी खाने की आवश्यकता है जिसमें उन्हें ई वेस्ट का पुनर्चक्रण पर बल देना है जो व्यक्ति या संस्था से कार्य में लापरवाही बरतेंगे उन्हें प्रतिबंधित भी करने का प्रावधान होना चाहिए|
