dear sir govt should create like min wages structure for all level employees in private sector for annual increment and that will ensure people get some minimum increment based on performance necessary for income of middle class and lower class and will boot economy

even if one household start earning 1000 rs extra per month they will surely add 100 rs in expense

It's my suggestion for Better & Development India .... To Compulsory Self Employment from ground Level...
1. Firstly, All of Student have reads up to class 8th to 10th Standers please compulsory to Vocational & Trade Education .
2. Secondly, After successful Passed out 10th Standard, Its Compulsory to engage as per his choices ( For Economically provide loan & equipment as per required Rs10 to 20 lakhs) & Continued for 10th to 12th Standard Education.
3. Thirdly , If they ( youngest ) not successful his business, then recovery should also to made each stage . All these activity as per guideline of central Government & local bodies officers.

All these activity & action must be required for all youngest, who unemployed with effect from Central Govt. of India . Its only possible " Modi Government" for " SABAKA SATH SABAKA VISHWAS" mantra.

Sir, our government need to start a urgent project to save nature,environment and wildlife which was affected by pollution and climate change. Plastic is the only thing that can pollute the world in 3 ways.
☆ if we burn it causes air pollution.
☆ if we bury it causes soil pollution.
☆ if we through it in water it causes water pollution.
On globally every year 3 crore and 84 lakhs tons of plastic waste is dumping into the oceans and seas. By eating of plastic aquatic animals can't digest it in their stomach and they can't take food inside of their stomach because plastic stuck in their intestine and it cause to death due to starvation.
Every year 4 to 10lakh people are dying because of air pollution which is caused by plastic. We need to stop producing new plastic and its products. We wants to reduce and recycle the plastic. Recycling is better than producing new plastic. If we produce new plastic it releases many toxic gases in the air. THANK YOU.

Suggestions:
1. Govt should keep a nationwide electronics waste collection drive. 
2. The collection points & schedule should be arranged and informed.
3. Proper policy/process in place to ensure that none of the collected gadgets are repaired and used for the wrong purposes.
4. Our Hon. PM has influence on people and his lead is well followed. His personal appeal will help achieve greater success in this drive.

Reasoning: 
1. E-waste is a big problem in today's world.
2. There are exchange offers given for gadgets, but only for new models. Accessories are mostly use & throw.
3. It contains metals of high quality which can be used in industry. Extraction process is expensive when done at a small scale, but can be reasonable when done at large scale.
4. If those go for recycling instead of dump, it will improve the e-waste management in the country.
5. Many small orgs/ngo & corporates keep the e-waste collection drive but their impact is limited to small audiences.

Suggestion: NRIs should be allowed to buy max 1-2 properties in India.

Reasoning:
1. Middle class salaried people living and earning in India can not afford to compete with NRIs in terms of purchasing power. So the property prices keep going upwards and the middle class can't afford it.
2. NRIs buy the property for investment, age it by keeping it locked for a few years and then sell it. This simply erodes that property's construction quality without any use. It is a complete waste of resources.
3. Even if those properties are rented, dream of residing Indians of having own house never comes true because of the artificial inflation due to the excessive demand created by NRIs.
4. It's true that NRI's investment in real estate is bringing money to India, but its driving people living in India away from the core cities. They spend more time commuting to their workplace which is a waste of time, fuel, money which also means it is increasing pollution and decreasing human capital.

from last decades waste was accumulated in open land space in every Municipality have solid waste mountain.
same our country infrastructure sector was going in fast track so need lot of Raw materials for construction road and other project.we have using good sand for using for increase the height of the road.
If using solid waste for road projects land filling work like increase the height of the road .
we can 100% clear waste mountains from city.Same time don't need segregation processing work
