first of all a combined admission system for all central universities is required. some 07 are taking admission through CUCET but others are behaving as separate country.see what are the problems students are facing. Also IITs should take admission in PG couses through a joint counseling.

In addition to creating new IIM's existing top b-schools sould also be converted to IIM's. For. Eg. XLRI, ISB, FMS, MDI gurgaom can be converted to IIMs based on their faculty and students and alumni performance. IIMS should encouraged to offer UG courses like B.A (Economics), BBA, B.Com and Dual degree courses like BBA +MBA and also Ph.D courses.

Just like NIT's were created as second best options to faculty and students after IIT's, similary the Govt should create NIM's(National Institutes of Management) based on industry ranking & public-private partnership. For eg. reputed b-schools like ICFAI, IMT, Symbiosis, JBIMS, NMIMS can be converted to NIM's. The admission process for NIM's can be same as IIM's. IIMS'and NIMs should be encouraged to offer dual degree programs like BBA+MBA & other courses in UG level as Economics & commerce.

By creating 28-30 such NISS )one in each state) the govt. will help citizens get good education at affordable prices else they have to go to private universities (like Amity/Rai/LPU etc)who ask for bribes while giving admission. The govt should open as many govt. institutions as possible so that the people of this country get developed withount being too harsh on the pockets.

The govt. should be create 28-30 NISS (National Institute of Social Science) based on the same model of IIT/IISER/IIM/AIIMs so that people from Huminaties and social science get an opportunity to study in good centrally funded institutions. Once NISS in each state should be created so that students of that state get a good opportunity. It should offer only 4 year dual degree programs such B.A + M.A in Arts, Humanities, Journalism, Economics, History, Geography, Civics,Political Science, BBA,etc.

Adhoc teachers in central universities like Delhi University should be regularised with immediate effect. Why does it take so long for a Vice Chancellor to conduct appointments in DU? When all adhocteachers have got same qualifications, cleared same NET/examinations & doing same or more teaching hours then why is their full time recruitment based on the whims and fancies of the VC or UGC? The students are suffering endlessly. The Adhocs should be regularised within a year of vacancy being created.

Just Like IIT/IISER/IIM students get joining bonus worth Lakhs of rupees at time of joining corporate companies, similary Rs 10 Lakhs non -taxable joining bonus (for personal expenditure) should be given to all new faculty recruits/Doctors at IIT's/IISER's/AIIMS. This amount should be paid over 3 years in 3 installments and if some one leaves before 3 years then pro-rated amount should be deducted.
