The budget should include people's management cost in each sector. The major drawback of any national flagship program is lack of skill development of employees and stakeholder. It is being observed that in some flagship program skill development is being included but it is just in shake of name. The skill development should have practical and real time demonstration because it gives complete understanding of a subject.

I am resident of Mysore city. Now a days , Garbage is found every where. Most ironic situation, all road site foot path in Bogadi are are filled with debris (house demolition materiel) This is done especially during night and early hours in the morning. Local should take necessary steps to stop this immediately. A beautiful lake near Bogadi is almost filled with debris. Work initiated to develop lake, no body know why work was stopped in the middle. Near by residents also threw they garbage

I recently visited Hampi. ( Karnataka State, India) along with my colleagues. Surroundings near monument are dirty, unclean and foul odor . All temporary petty shops should be removed with 50 meters around the monument. More facilities need to view monument by old and physically challenged persons.

Income Tx & Service Tax is a menace & harassing. Only tax above Rs.10Lakh income & strictly adhere rules of ASSET TAX.and introduce transactions tax instead of all other taxes. URGENTLY.HARASSMENT OF TAX AUTHORITIES & CORRUPTION will affect people and should be resulted in next ELECTIONS. PEOPLE need not sublit any filing. It is the duty of Govt. So Govt regulate all transactions of people. & All subsidies may count as income. ALL DISCRIMINATION as caste,religion for Govt benefits must stop

Transactions Only through Banking,above 10000 or higher.6.Govt funds only spend for creative or constructive purposes. Less expense for Govt estt& employee salary,ensure accountability.
