1. Open courseware and MOOCs supplement/complement learning must be implemented in colleges and Universities.
2. Colleges and Universities must be connected through NMEICT of NKN
3. There are some constraints regrading implementation of NMEICT and other online courses such as internet, ICT labs and unawareness about the courses and certifications.

open courseware and MOOC’s (Massive Open Online Course ) can supplement traditional learning in colleges and universities. Skill Development Courses, ELT ( English Language Teaching Skills – oriented courses, Professional courses like MBA, E-literacy Developing courses should be promoted for online studies. but technology can never substitute a teacher and traditional institutes at the most, MOOC’s can be promoted an a supplement for effective and additional learning.
