The expenditure on R&D in India is only 0.80% of GDP which needs to be enhanced to 1.5%. What are the strategies needed to pursued for promoting research & innovation across all ...
Our Government must provide proper fund on R&D. Their should be give an opportunity to the student who have an interest in research in different fields. Government may select those who have passion in the field of research and provide facility in our country so that they should not go abroad and leave our country.
A private sector has to be good partnership with the education sector it is useful for all educational institutions as they can get easily new modified instrument for new knowledge any changes with the world everywhere. It is very good that private sector help does not ask every time what are the outputs and all technical uses of the money but if we get any granted apparatus from the institute you should face only the question point of all audit.
do support the indian startups channelise them to more strategic areas than just those which satisfy the entertainment or mere connectivity value..importantly be very careful while accepting venture capital money since such money will have strings attached wherein the company if found highly potent will get swallowed by deep pocket MNCs and such destroying any benefit to nation,,
here no restriction or law is found to give an independent innovator resercher to contribute to country because of
Promoting research and innovation must be accept by every level person.
there are no any educational specification for ideas .
any person can have innovative ideas ,they should get some support
for their research .& budget must be increased in this sector.
Innovation can be possible only when there is an environment for research. Digital stalking is a heinous crime which should have imprisonment of up to 3 years. Stalkers should be treated like a heinous criminals with no windows and 24x7 camera surveillance. Technology makes it is easy for stalkers to get away with no public appearance. They cannot be controlled by citizens without initial strict regulations. Stalkers hamper personal lives and the hope for a bright future.
EXPERIMENT LIBRARY MUST BE AT EVERY SCHOOL.STUDENT LEARN EXPERIMENT THROUGH PRACTICE.SO FOR BETTER RESULT ENFORCEMENT IT QUICKLY.
AT SCHOOL LEVEL VARIOUS EXPERIMENT MUST PERFORMED BY TEACHER AND STUDENTS.THE EXPERIMENT TOOLS MUST PROVIDE BY GOVT.EXPERT MAN ALSO PROVIDE.VARIOUS BOOKS PROVIDE FOR EXPT.NESSESARY FOR EXPT.FROM CLASS FIFTH.
R&D needs to be done on issues that trouble the local community, the state and the country. Merely being part of some large international project is meaningless. Think of the systematic research done on artemesin in China and the spin offs it generated. Repeat researches, such as are presently happening in univs., merely trying to revalidate information that is already known, are useless. Scientific research means trying to disprove existing knowledge.
