Government should take steps to ensure optimum utilisation of knowledge and skills of our vibrant population which in turn result in the economic development of our great country. Maintaining an Aadhaar linked national data base for registering the educational qualification of all students where the university/college must register their students immediately after the award of certificate will help goverment in identifying and tracking this resource. Government should take steps to match this resource with the human resource requirement of public sector and private sector undertakings. This will help in ensuring the placement of right people at right jobs.
