To promote electric vehicles: Those who buy NEW electric vehicles they should get some benefit in electric bill. (Around 5%). By doing this for "1 year" i think we can sell more Hybrid vehicles and reduce pollution.

Initiative is good but sorry to say that J&K State Regulatory commission is not finalising the rates for purchasing the Solar Power and is maintaining a criminal silence over the issue till today so please intervene.

My question is " can we implement the idea" Alcohol as an alternate fuel in IC engine"? I mean it's very great. We may use those alcohols which are being caught on the daily basis in a few states ( Bihar, etc. ) where is is banned, right. Fossil fuels like diesel , petrol and its production cost lot of us ,also the rates are high and an issue these day. We deal everything when we will be using alcohol form Gasoline in our Cars and Bikes. It creates less pollution also and efficiency is same .

State/Center Govt must publish Advertisement regarding benifit and use of Renewable Energy on very large Scale in Every Newpaper & TV media. Demo Installations must at Every Govt /Semi Govt organisation in Hospitals, Parks, Banks, Railway station, Bus Station. All ATMS & Telecome Tower must have Solar PV installation to reduce depandency on Power house & Generators.

As per need of the Hour we have raised an Enterprise which comprises of varous Kissans who are havig land and are living in miserable life in J&K State and our State has got an Solar Power Potential which is 2nd in the countryie next to Rajasthan,but it is regretted that JKEDA is doing nothig to harness it as the rates for evacuation of power are not being settled by J&KState Reg.Commision.Please intervene &oblige.
