Sir, least ten years the graph of our Education system move downward. our primary education system having no base specially in govt school and little bit in private school. If we want to built or develop the nation we should give more focus on the primary education quantity as well as quality. today in case of education specially primary education need to improve the rules like to fail the student who is not capable or eligible for the next class he or she should be remain in the same class

राज्य सरकार और निजी लोगो के पास जो भी विश्वविधालय है वो केन्द्र सरकार को देना चाहिए और केन्द्र सरकार और निजी लोगो के पास जो भी स्कूल है वो राज्य सरकार को देना चाहिए ।
और कभी भीं शिक्षा व्यवस्था निजी लोगो के पास नही रहनी नही चाहिए ।
तभी शिक्षा व्यवस्था सुुधरेगी । (4/4)

विश्वविधालय की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को केन्द्र सरकार केे पास होनी चाहिए न कि ग्राम पंचायत , नगर निगम,नगर पालिका,राज्य सरकार और निजी लोगो के पास और विश्वविधालय के पास यह अधिकार होना चाहिए कि वो बच्चो को क्या विषय पढाना चाहते है । (3/4)

माध्यमिक और उच्च माध्यमिक की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को राज्य सरकार को देना चाहिए न कि ग्राम पंचायत , नगर निगम,नगर पालिका,केन्द्र सरकार और निजी लोगो के पास लेकिन पूरे देश मे एक ही बोर्ड होना चाहिए और क्या विषय पढाना चाहिए उसकी जिम्मेदारी स्कूल की होनी चाहिए न कि सरकार की। (2/4)

शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में यह बड़ा बदलाव होना चाहिए कि
नर्सरी और प्राथमिक की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को ग्राम पंचायत , नगर निगम और नगर पालिका को देना चाहिए न कि राज्य सरकार, केन्द्र सरकार और निजी लोगो के पास,लेकिन स्कूल के पास यह अधिकार होना चाहिए कि वो बच्चो को क्या विषय पढाना चाहते है । (1/4)

1- िवदृाालय में िश्ाक्षाण् अाॅन लाइर्न हाेना चाहीये
2- िवदालयाें का िनरीक्षाण्ा समय समय पर हाेना चाहीये
3- िवदालय मुख्ाीया काे पूण्ा अिध्ाकार हाेने चाहीये

The Private Schools and Private Colleges must be regulated and the fees and donations must be restricted, because the unauthorised school and college fee and unauthorised donations are too high and middle class and poor people could not offer so much.

The first & foremost important thing is to have quality teachers in the school and for that remove reservation system.All teachers must qualify the same exams with same percentage marks and only then any improvement can be thought about.Otherwise it is all waste.

There should be central server for all the institutions - from KG to professional level and a user created for each. The attendance and instruction of teachers as well as students should be monitored using biometric punching monitored centrally. The students give dynamic ID cards with non-physical contact punching and teachers with biometric punching. Each sub-district, district, state level officers monitor and endorse the process each hour and the central authority grade them every day.

1- Right to education act should be change and First priority set to all government schools for admission and If govt. school have no seats for admission then Private schools complete vacant seats
2- Basic infrastructure should complete in all schools forcefully
3- Indian Culture, Indian Monuments and Historical personalty should be teach in all primary classes
4- Civil & Cultural sense should forcefully teach to primary education
5- State wise geography should teach to all board schools.
