I just want our Civil Services officers to come out of their Air Conditioned offices at least once a week and see the ground reality and their office condition, and must hold a meeting from peon to officers in his office, once in a month.Civil Services in India must reduce the paper work and introduce e-governance which will be time consuming for any project.

In Govt organisation in Mumbai, RTI queries are raised by employees. RTI is helpful to organisation. At NRB BARCF(kalpakkam), Tamil Nadu Project Director threatens employees of disciplinary action /harasses /discourages for raising RTI queries. skill development is needed in promotion of RTI in govt dept.

Civil service does not contribute , it just rule with the powers in there hand.. they are not selected on the basis of working but they are selected from the method of mugging up. This can bever b fruitfull.. they always wish for money , its not thier fault. The fault is money purchase happiness.. Civil service officers are not going for civil serice, they are with self service. Change there method of selection because there are many better options.

Sabhi competative exam ke liye (upsc bhi) text book jaisa book ya trusted refrance material government ko banana chahiye. kyonki jo gramin bacche hai unko study material nahi milta ya wo city me nahi ja sakte. aur iska fayada uthate private classes wale apna buisness karte hai. To government dvara aise books publish karne chahiye jis se hi answer paper nikle aur wo books sabhi jagah milne chahiye. jisse shiksha ka buisness band ho jayega. kyonki bacche confuse ho jate hai matrail ke bare mai.

All Competitive exams refrance material be available on official site of orgnization who conducting exam. This include all material in a books from which questions are asked. Because poor and rural children are not able to go to big cities for expensive classes .It is seen that some institutes are famous for some exams becuase students from that institutions are mostly selected for that exam . It create monoploy for that exam so govt take steps to give chance all students from diversifed areas

Deliberate and wrong decisions given by some in the bureaucracy add to the unnecessary load on the judicial system. Use of influence to get motivated decisions also amounts to a corrupt practice, but it is not treated as such. Unethical work whether under influence or based on bribes should be treated at par. Citizens groups be setup to investigate multiple complaints between same parties- reduce pressure on judiciary. Performance of judges should be evaluated using statistical techniques.
