Kindly ensure security of tenure for civil servants. Minimum tenure must be 1-2 years at the very least for each posting.

While we are discussing civil reforms I want to draw attention of our respected Prime minister towards transfer of a capable IAS officer who has been transfered in 7 months in haryana Ashok Khemka was transfered under pressure of transport mafia and he has been made director general of some department of archives and museum which is a sheer misuse of a talented officer like Mr Khemka I request you to kindly look into the matter and see whats going on

#civilservices

scrap the multi-party system in indian politics, instead implement bi-party system in line with developed world. the multi-party sytem is the main culprit behind the political turmoil in india which eroded the rank of india(119th) in recently published business resiliance index.

Selected sir I would like to make a suggestion being the idea that when a bureaucrat at the onset of being assigned a post must submit a plan of reforms he must bring in his assigned department with clear goals upon being promoted or transferred he must be judged for the target achieved if well done he must promoted or transfered only after he or she completed the task

the civil servents are always working like a servents to politicians not to the public, secondly they should have protection from political decisions, they should be allowed to work as per the rules, not for the interests of the politicians

The country could realise its true demographic dividend only when the youth of the country engages in the mainstream workforce. Given the lengthy examination pattern of Civil Services examination spanning across a year for completion and results, it is unfair on the part of talented youth of this country who have quit their high paying jobs, not realised the potential of their IIT/IIM degree, possibly wasted state's money incurred on them, just to enter into administration to utilise their flair

Goverment should focus on "National Farmer Database" (primary key: Khasra Number and UID) to distribute compansation to farmer and to make policies. This database can help goverment in many ways in Administration. This will help to save poor farmers from dying.

We need to put the right person for right job in the Government. Technical and Project Management Key positions have been occupied by IAS officers, while there are better qualified persons to occupy those positions. It is suggested that all Posts of Technical Nature to be given to competent Technical persons having managerial capabilities from Indian Engineering Services or new service called Indian Project Management Services be created with Trained Project Managers to head project execution
