I wanted to share the story of my late grandfather in regarding this context because I feel he inspires me in a lot of ways. From my childhood ,I always saw him working really hard and in the end not getting back the desired results. But despite the fact ,he always have a happy heart he always cheers everyone to grow and work hard in their lives to achieve success.I saw him when he was going through his worsened joint pains ,his blood pressure problems, he never loses his faith. He always being happy and with his positive presence our house always being positive. He always told me to never loose hope from life and never stop working hard because at the end of the day you get what you deserve. The thing I want to share is that after his death, our neighbours and the people who knows our family told that something is missing in this lane/house which shows that how impactful his personality was and his positive attitude towards everyone in terms of helping others, greeting them with a big smile
My story unfolded by Letters and Words

If you’re not familiar with who Robin Williams is- he is an American actor and comedian. He has worked on masterpieces like Good Will Hunting, Dead Poets Society, and many more.
He may have grown up having a privileged life, but he missed out on a key aspect of childhood. His parents were never home, and they always left him with the family maid. He would entertain himself by creating silly voices and characters locked in his bedroom.
Happy India is behind happy heart. 130 crores happy hearts are behind every happy heart. So make every heart happy by your own personal commitment, resolution, Agreement, endorsement, acceptance, acknowledgement, idea, innovation, rule and law, policy, aim, objective, target, goals, strategy, mechanism, method, guidelines, instructions, regulations, procedure, process, practices. You are having constitutional privileges to be free citizen of free India with free happy heart.
Other more simple and very sustainable idea is, To live and enjoy happy heart , remove UN from unhappy. U for Universal , N for Negativity. Always, everywhere, anywhere , somewhere say to yourself and others " I have a happy heart". As a universal rule of nature whatever you say or speak will be created by nature for you and will be made available to you. In economic terms it is called supply and demand. In science it called conversation of energy from one form to another.

Happy heart
Heart is the most delicate part of our body
in the sense it is not just about physical part it is connected with our feelings n emotions.
How to keep our heart happy first one have proper diet. we should do yoga practice and asnas on daily basis.
Nowadays most of the people are having heart attack in their 30 s. why? just because of our modern lifestyle we are not aware of some things like how to manage stress, anxiety, depression, etc. These are the main factor of the heart attack.
We should seek to understand how to deal with mental problems as it is found quite terrible for every human beings.
Along with proper diet, yoga practices and meditation we should learn how to avoid negative thoughts and how to keep ourself happy .
Thousands of people are losing their precious life due to heart attack in their young age. Only improper diet is not responsible for the heart attack our lifestyle is also equally important to raise the problems like heart attack.
Simple and very effective ancient Mantra is , eat happely, body will be happy , brain and mind will be happy , heat will remain always happy, family will be happy , friend and colleague will be happy, neighbours will be happy, society will be happy, community will be happy, village will be happy, town will be happy, city will be happy, state will be happy, country will be happy, neibouring countries will be happy, all counties will be happy, world will be happy, globe will be happy, galaxy will be happy,.....
The best suggestions include having a joyful home and workplace, loving and caring relationships with family, friends, coworkers, society, and the community in real life and on social media, as well as healthy eating habits, daily discipline, and regular yoga, exercise, waking, and sports. Prayers, puja, and meditation. courtesy toward the nation and its institutions. Healthy debate on issues relating to culture, society, and the economy, such as politics, justice, administration, police, defence, and sustainable development, among others. honestly carry out your basic responsibilities and motivate others to conserve the environment, habitats, and the world's resources. Strive to serve humanity by providing assistance to the poor. Avoid hatred, arguments, alliances, and criticism, and always support the government when it is asked to carry out its national obligations.

Happy heart ! How can one attain a happy heart?
Some may say exercise regularly, follow a strict diet etc. All sounds good and are helpful too. But let me share with you a story of a young widow who lost her husband four years ago due to kidney failure. I was surprised to see her after a few weeks able to cope and accepted her husband's demise. From my interaction with the young widow I learned that the reason behind it is because she accepted what God has done in her life. She explained by pointing to herself " this happy face and smile is because my heart is full of peace, the peace which only Jesus can give." Then, the young widow refers to me a verse from the Bible which says " Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding". She adds that this is my secret of having a happy and a cheerful heart.
