Indian youth are very talented. There is no shortage of New ideas in india. There is more than 95000 ideas uploaded on mygov.in at idea box.
But no one ready to read or support to implement ideas.
You will find Indian origin person will be president of USA and Prime Minister of Canada and England within next 20 years.
Several Indian are CEO of top multinational Company.
But Indian Center government and State governments still addicted to western ideas.
They blindly follow western ideas inspite of repeated failure.
This is big problem.
All policies in india do not prepare for benefit of country or citizens. But for the benefits of Other Country.

First Indian government need to drop old thinking and join hand with youth of India for National building.

Respected Sir,I would like to suggest to make it compulsory for the youth to serve in army,Air Force or Navy for a period of at least 2 years.It should be made compulsory for boys and optional for girls between the ages 21-25.Many countries are following this rule .This would bring more discipline in the society and will also effect the fitness level of the youth and avoid youth in falling into substance abuse.Thanks
